"Excellent service, product and pricing"

When I moved into the area I hired the company that advertises every day in the local newspapers to mount a TV and connect it up. I was disappointed that some of the channels I was used to watching in HD weren’t available in HD, but was told the aerial signal was strong and it’s was a problem because where I lived had very poor TV reception. 3 months later I kept getting “No signal” on a lot of even the SD channels. I called these guys instead of the original company, because neighbours both sides recommended them. Ended up with a new aerial and a TON of new channels, including all those I’d missed in HD. Excellent, friendly service and very reasonable price too. Will definitely use this company again for any new needs, and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

This is a very professional team from start to finish. I called in the morning. Dave was with me in an hour. He installed an ariael very quickly and very neatly. I totaly recommend this company 100%.

"Bloody great job"

G.short is the name on the invoice, I wish I could reamber his 1st name but my brain just went ......beeeeep just like my nans TV. It was after a massive amount of high winds we had in Gravesend that finished off her nice retro style rusted,moss covered "Aerial" We have had a nice new bracket, aerial and cable fitted to the chimney it was done in just under 2 hours and now nan is happy as a pig in poop. Great service. Great bloke great people. And honestly great price 2 hours labour all the fittings and tests. 226 with vat a year guarantee. Can't grumble at that and!!! waved the call out charge :) Bloody great job :) He takes his tea with one sugar If you are lucky enough to get him ;)

"Great service."

I was kept informed when Engineer was on his way. He checked the aerial problem, then I was given a choice of repair or new aerial. I chose the repair and this was done swiftly and efficiently by the engineer. Would definately use again if and when needed.

"Excellent service."

Ours was an emergency situation as the aerial was hanging by a wire and banging into our bedroom window in the strong wind.. Service was prompt, friendly and honest throughout. Lee was superb and fixed our aerial quickly explaining what had gone wrong whilst doing so. Hi would definitely recommend this company.

"Impressed!"

Mark sorted the problem quickly and thoroughly. He also explained the cause and how to sort it out if there were an occurrence. I contacted the company yesterday and within 24 hours the TV are back in action. I am impressed and grateful to Aerialcare and would certainly recommend them.

"Professional but expensive"

Professional people that did a good job, but very disappointed that it sempt expensive for moving an aerial bracket one brick up that took 20 minutes.
