I am reviewing IWM (International Woodworking Machinery Ltd) and the Tenoner I bought from them.
Review Details
I have been a joiner for over 2o years, and have purchased woodworking machinery from many businesses over the decades. I have bought my last few tools from IWM and will continue to use them due to many reasons. One of those reasons is their knowledge of the industry and the machinery. I cannot fault them at all, and in fact have been steered by their team both times ive purchased from them as the initial machine I enquired about wasnt the most suitable. Id have bought the wrong bit of kit if I had not been for their advice.
The woodworking machine turned up quickly after I placed my order, and the aftersales support has been fantastic. I use my Tenoner regularly and its been a huge help in the workshop.
Has the experience been pleasant?
Yes I have been pleased with the service and support, I would definitely use again.
