We set this website up as we work for lots of UK based service businesses, and we felt that the current online reviiew systems were a bit bulky and general. We wanted to provide a method of reviewing UK based service businesses that went a little further.
Intially we ran this as a regular review website but, businesses found it increasingly difficult actually getting lots of reviews, and when they did they were either just a star rating or a one word review;

And when someone did leave a bigger more detailed review, we noticed it worked a lot harder for the businesses than the crappy one word ones.
