Ayup – wanted to send in a review of a shop that has helped me no end with some health issues I have been having, I dont normally leave reviews, but this needed saying!

I am reviewing the Health Pod shop on the high street in Mansfield Woodhouse.

Hello, I have suffered from random pain and inflammation all my life. I have tried every diet, every exercise and every medication and nothing really made a huge impact. I am fine most of the time but when the temperature drops or if I am very active then I am in lots of pain the next day. I first contacted Gav and Liam at the health pod as a friend of mine had visited and was made aware of a new oxygen tank therapy they were doing. I visited and spoke to the lads first and they told me all about it. I left without any treatment the first time as I needed to look into it all and think about it more. I returned after a week for my first session and now I visit every week for a top up.
Has the experience been pleasant?
Honestly, its been one of the best things I have ever done. I have a regular slot each month and its the only thing I really look forward to as afterwards I am pain free!
